I have been passionate about helping women for over 20 years. I started as a massage therapist in 2003 and began to add additional therapies as time went on. After spending thousands of hours getting to know women and learning about the struggles they face, I began to look for something that could help beyond just the physical body.
That's when I came to hypnotherapy.
I know how hard it can be to get motivated to take care of our physical and mental health.
Finding time to exercise or changing eating habits can be difficult.
I am here to help you create healthy boundaries so that you can feel good
and get the most out of your days.
